New Qi Gong Series
New Qi Gong program led by Andreanna, February 19 - April 11. Two one-hour classes per week for 8 weeks. Wednesdays and Fridays from 3-4pm PST/6pm EST/Thursdays and Saturdays 7am in Singapore/Thursday 10am in Sydney, Australia). Time to move, reflect, and cultivate our inner resources and energy. Through the practice of Qi Gong, we care for ourselves in difficult times and find our ways of feeling more fully alive. All are welcome - no previous experience is needed. Class recordings will be provided for you to practice along with for the rest of the week.
